As a Key Supplier Meri has provided for Kıvanç Kağıt Üretim – PM 1 (Adana, Turkey) a full WSR Water-Sludge-Reject Subsystem to set the highest Environmental and Sustainability Standards for the operation of the Recycled fiber (OCC) Stock Preparation Plant which delivers up to 1.200 t/day of recycled fiber stock for Testliner, Fluting and  Kraft Top Liner production on PM1.

The Stock Preparation Plant operates with

• 1 Drum-Pulper for OCC wastepaper raw materials
• and 1 HC Rotor-Pulper for CLP – Corrugated Loose Papers and Beverage Carton waste

Up to 175 BDMTPD of Rejects form the Drum-Pulper, Sorting Drum (HC-Pulper), Hole Screening run through multiple stages as Metal Separation, Shredding (LION-Shredder) and Screw Compacting (CFX-R Compax) meeting  highest standards possible.

The plant was ordered in 2021, build and assembled from 2022 until 2024, started up in 2024 and runs since then successfully to full satisfaction.
