UIPSA Paper Mill in La Pobla de Claramunt (Barcelona) – Spain produces test liner and fluting with 100 % recycled paper raw materials.

Meri and UIPSA have already executed several projects successfully together.

During 2023 until end of 2024 UIPSA has rebuilt, upgraded and enlarged their Stock Preparation Plant for higher capacity and better production quality.

After an order of UIPSA in December 2024

Meri has 3D Laser scanned,  engineered, rebuild, delivered and installed in the record time of approx. 6 months a complete Reject- and Residual Treatment system.

The scope included multiple Meri Equipment as Screenex, Sedimator, Shredder for the Bear (Rope) of the PULPER, MBX Conveyors, COMPAX Screw Compactors.

Meri´s Reject- and Residual- Treatment Plant runs successfully and is ready for the future to use Reject and Residuals as RDF.
